职位描述
职能:
1. Order Process and Delivery Tracking 60%
Good communication with sales team to make sure orders are received correctly
Accurate and timely sales order key in ISIS
Good operation in ISIS or Other ERP system
Work closely with logistic admin to make sure inventory is booked correctly.
Work closely with planner to control order is released under sales forecast
Follow up marketing plan and execute promotion orders.
Work closely with 3PL to make sure orders are delivered on time with cost efficiently
Reconcile POD and make sure invoice and credit note are issued on time
Ensure sales recognition on time
Resolve customer claims or handle sales requirement and balance with logistic cost
Ad hoc issue handling with flexibility and efficiency
2. Inventory Management and Reconciliation 15%
Make sure ISIS order invoice and goods return is the same as 3PL physical goods movement
Manage inventory under different status, for example ,Quarantine, damage, outstanding, reservation, etc. And make sure orders are booked under correct inventory status.
Reconcile manual order with actual inventory
Reconcile ISIS inventory and 3PL WMS inventory, no gap is allowed
3. Logistic Reports 15%
Strong Excel capability in statistic and reporting function
Able to analysis and report sales, inventory, delivery and customer acceptance in Excel
Investigate solution from reports
Standardize report template according to sales or team requirement
4. Process Improvement 5%
Work with team to improve process (order to cash )
Optimize current process to improve efficiency
Standardize process and follow up adjustment
5. Teamwork and Communication 5%
Good communication with cross function
Ready to learn and Teamwork spirit
Positive working attitude and result orientation
要求:
Competencies:
Analytical and Detail-minded with strong reporting skills
Ready to change and learn new things
Good communication and team work spirit
Able to work under pressure and take challenge to support business fast development
Education:
Secondary education with training in shipping and business operation.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in order processing, customer service and inventory management.
FMCG, Distribution Center, and Customer Center is preferred.
