Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:
Responsible for providing day-to-day benefits administration services to clients
Act as subject expert and be responsible for managing key client accounts
Work independently to handle routine activities including but not limited to: claim documents collection/filling, claim eligibility assessment /adjudication, flex system updating, generate reporting, prepare payment and handle customer/client HR/internal colleague’s inquiries, etc.
Involve in documentation, formulation & optimization of workflow & process, and identify opportunities for processing efficiencies and improvements through process improvements and system enhancements
Support project team to agree with client on the on-going service scope and timeline in new or renewal projects
Review the junior benefit administrator’s daily work to ensure the quality and SLA
Support leader for new joiner training & coaching and other tasks
Job Requirements 任职资格:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in HR, Insurance or English
Minimum 3 year operations experience in the area of employee benefits, insurance, or outsourcing services
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent EXCEL skills an added advantage
Good reading and writing in English, fluent oral English is a plus
