服务描述/ Brief description of service:

1. Recruiting new employees from the job posting to the selection and approval process and all the way to hiring.

2. Handling the entire recruiting process in close coordination with the HR business partners and the defined specialized departments

3. Administrative handling of recruiting issues, e.g. collaboration with career centers and external consultants

4. Conceptualizing and implementing personnel marketing activities in cooperation with our business units, e.g. job fairs, events, recruiting events and in-house events

5. Participating in university events and taking charge of their implementation in close cooperation with our business units.

6. Participating other HR project or assigned work.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. College or above

2.2Years recruiting experience

3. Ability to communicate, ability to work in a team, ability to deal with conflict, ability to serve as a role model

4. Solution-oriented approach, organizational skills, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines

5. Good oral and written English
