JOB TITLE: Commercial Clerk
REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): Agro National Supply Chain Manager
FUNCTION: Supply Chain / Agro
LOCATION: Shanghai


Role:
Commercial Clerk will provide commercial supports towards potato self-farms, contract-farms and new business development including oats & mini-tube. The supports cover commercial contract tracking & filing, agro products exportation documents preparation & tracking, agro equipment import and movement documents preparation & follow-up, relevant oats/mini tubes purchase and payment follow-up and etc.


Accountabilities
- Tracking and filing management for all commercial contracts in Agro operation.
- Exportation documents preparation and tracking for increasing Agro products export among AMEA.
- Equipment import documents preparation and tracking for Agro projects expansion.
- Involve in relevant Agro equipments rental and movement among PepsiCo self-farms, contract-farms and cool stores. Prepare and follow corresponding documents.
- Oats, mini-tub business purchase and corresponding commercial support for new Agro business.
- Supplementary materials purchase, payment and etc for Agro order-processing model.



Measurements
- Execute supports to achieve the following:
- Commercial: Contracts tracking and filing
- Exportation: Export documents preparing and follow
- Equipment: Equipment import documents preparing and tracking, filing USDAvg
- Commercial: Oats purchasing and payment tracking
- Commercial: Mini-tube purchasing and payment tracking
- Administration: Supplementary materials purchasing and payment tracking
- The accuracy rate and timely completion rate for above tasks.
- Relevant complaints and recognition from internal peers or external partners.
- General KPIs in Agro department.



WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

- Internal: Agro Business Development team, Agro logistics team, Agro Extension Service Specialist, Agro quality, Agro procurement, PepsiCo Self-farm, Agro Finance and Agro assistant.

- External: Potato contract farms, Oats contract farms, Import & Exports forwarders, Shipping companies.



Key skills/ Critical experience

Key Skills:
- Basic MS-Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
- Primary Import & Export knowledge: documents preparing, customs clearance procedure, vessel booking and etc.
- Primary Agro operation understanding: Mini-tube/Potato/Oat planting cycle, Harvest process, Farm operation model and etc.
- ERP-based system application experience is a plus.

Personal Qualities:
- High integrity and strong responsibility sense.
- Good sense of urgency. Strict deadline conception.
- Self-driven for continuous improvement.
- Strong principle-obey sense and process-oriented.
- Team work spirit.
- Willing to work in a fast while frequent changing environment.

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above. English CET-4 or equivalent is a minimum.
- 1-2 work experiences and willing to work in Agro scope.
- Work in earnest and willing to communicate/coordination.
- Strong learning will and learning ability.
