I. Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide accounting management services in market finance department covering the following areas:

支持市场财务经理完成以下工作：

● Provide finance support in the treasury and back affair, manage the bank account, and deal with bank issue to ensure cash safety and control sufficiency.

处理银行事务，监管银行账户，确保资金安全和资金管控/账户管理协调工作。

● General accounting data management and process, expenses control, supervise assistant finance on the disbursement processing, account reviewing and documentary filling

总账管理，费用控制，指导财务助理的基础财务工作，如费用报销的管理质量，会计科目复核，会计档案归档。

● Daily sales gathering and recording, preparing relative reconciliation of all outstanding difference, supporting document management and archiving.

销售数据的汇总和记录提交，并针对差异进行调整，管理销售档案并归档。

● Proper execute the company finance procedure and policy of accounting treatment, provide construct suggestion for process improvement.

执行公司制度规定并对流程改进提出建设性的建议。

● Implement internal control procedure and execution and facilitate regular internal process optimization.

根据公司控制的要求执行监督，维护控制流程的最优化。

● In charge of daily accounting information.

日常财务工作支持、监督。

II. Qualifications:

● Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.

会计/财务相关专业本科毕业。

● Member / finalist of recognized accounting body.

持有效会计资格证。

● 3-5 years experience in Accounting / Finance preferably in multinational environment.

3-5年工作财务工作经验（外资或合资公司优先）。

● Understand and experience in statutory, local and regulatory business requirements.

熟悉当地财税政策。

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

较强沟通能力。

● Legal and company policy compliance

● Support finance needs

Report to market finance manager and dotted report to market business head
