Location: Zhabei District
Working Time: Mon-Fri 8:30-18:00
Pre-requisitions of the job:
-Ability to speak English and Mandarin plus a working competency in written English
-Well-mannered and outgoing personality, excellent grooming/appearance and a service-oriented aptitude.
-Other requirements include PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Major Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all incoming phone calls are handled in an efficient and courteous manner.
-Attend courteously to visitors
-Give primary assistance to Admin in documentation and communication with external vendors
-Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
-Welcome fresh college student who must good at English
