Position purpose/Summary statement
Under the direction of Planning manager or Assistant Manager, act as 2 contact windows one is the contact window to Brand, and the other is the contact window to the main factories of that Brand, handle all issues including forecast, PO loading, factory capacity analysis, production schedule tracking and international production packing instruction, to ensure factory's capacity is available to meet customer's request, and the products are delivered on time.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least three years related experience at reputable footwear company in supplier chain, merchandising and planning, Import / Export business, or related field preferred.
- Billingual in English and Mandarin, at least.
- Have knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common packing documents in footwear.
- Good understand and communicate with customer, factory and internal depts.
