Responsibilities:

1. Working as a team member of legal department and Supporting all legal matters during the daily operation of PFDC as required to help maximize the team’s contribution to the company.

2. Reviewing, processing and negotiating (if necessary) a large variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to distribution, marketing and other transactional contracts. Set up, review and update PFDC standard contract terms, such as service agreement, purchase agreement, etc.

3. Working as a team member of legal department to manage and ensure PFDC strictly abiding by the Chinese Laws and regulations, especially newly updated laws, such as the Advertisement Law, the Civil Code, the Anti-unfair Competition Law, etc.. Helping monitor and summarize new laws and regulations with connection to business in the PRC.

4. Conducting legal research on various legal issues and deliver result as requested by the supervisor.

5. Translating legal documents from English to Chinese and Chinese to English.

6. Coordination of external counsel on dispute resolutions and other legal matters. Participating in dispute resolutions as requested by management or supervisor.

7. Conducting business-orientaed legal trainings.

8. Working on speical projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. LLB/LLM or equivalent degree from an accredited law school in China.

2. Minimum 3 years of legal experience obtained in a law firm or in a multi-national in-house setting. Candidate MUST have been granted with PRC bar qualification.

3. High level of integrity and a commitment to law

4. Strong legal research and drafting skills

5. Strong language skills in Chinese and English

6. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with bsiness and peers effectively. Desire to proactively engage in legal and cross-functional processes to help the business perform more effectively while mitigating risks

7. Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a fast-paced and energetic enviroment (without prejudice the quality of work), and ability to meet short-term and long-term deadlines
