职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
- Coordinate daily support activities of digital applications
- Establish customer service standards and guidelines and monitors service performance
- Oversee development of work plans, work processes and service policies, revising them as needed
- Ensure that customer complaints are addressed and tracked
- Ensure availability of technical support and training
- Monitor and evaluates technological operating platform
- Work out operation reports regularly
- Lead resolving system issues and implementing technological changes
Key Qualities Required:
- Proven experience in operating or supporting digital projects and ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge in ITIL and ITSM
- Proven experience using systematic way of approach for every activity in his operation
- Proven ability to establish a process for a new operation
- Ability to recover and react to changes in demand in terms of quantity, quality & product attributes
- Ability to identify CSI opportunities
- Good experience in software quality assurance
- Solid communication, presentation and training skills
- Strong problem solving and analysis ability
Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of software product maintenance/operation experience
2. Bachelor degree of computer science and software engineering
3. Fluent oral and written English and Chinese
4. At least 3+ years of operating digital ecosystem
