职位描述
1. Responsible for staff payroll and the on-time payout and the accuracy, includes but not limited to monthly salary, attendance management, allowance, KPI incentive, annual bonus and severance;
负责员工薪酬按时发放,包括但不限于月薪,考勤管理,津贴,KPI激励,年终奖和离职补偿金
2. Conduct individual income tax, supplemental insurance related;
负责员工的个人所得税,包括补充保险
3. Responsible for C&B routines, such as HR data maintenance, personal files management, reports and analysis for both internal and external party, ensure data quality and timely submitting;
负责薪酬福利的日常工作,例如HR数据更新维护,个人档案管理。
4. Provide support in improving Payroll and Social Insurance related policy and process, to develop an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage;
支持工资和社保相关政策和流程
5. Provide assistance to other project & activities.
为其他工资与社保相关项目提供支持
任职要求:
1. A degree holder, preferably in HR, Business Administration or Statistics
本科及以上学历,HR,工商管理,统计学专业优先
2. At least 1+ years working experiences on Payroll and Social Insurance field.
至少一年薪酬福利工作经验
3. Familiar with the labor law and relevant regulation, possess strong ability of data processing.
熟悉劳动法和相关法规,优秀的数据处理能力
4. Excellent Microsoft skills, especially advanced level of MS Excel
熟练使用Office软件,尤其Excel
5. Strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, team player, self-motivation, detail-oriented and mature.
责任心强,性格正直,团队合作者,注重细节
6. Very logical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills
逻辑性思维,优秀的人际交往能力和沟通技能
7. Good command of English in both oral and written.
优秀的英文口头和书面表达能力
8. Solid experience in Platinum HRMS is a plus.
