职位描述：
Job Duties:
1) Perform the process safety related (chemical reaction, dust explosion, and etc.) testing jobs by following SOP
        根据标准操作流程进行过程安全相关（粉尘爆炸，化学反应等）测试
2) Write the draft testing reports in both English and Chinese
        根据测试结果撰写中英文测试报告
3) Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome;
        实行包括测试计划在内的项目计划并监控其结果；
4) Make analysis and decision on technical issues;
        对技术问题进行分析并做最终决定
5) Communicate with client about test result or technical issues or job status
        与客户沟通测试结果、技术问题或项目进度；
6) Conduct active maintenance for equipment with the help of facility department
         对实验设备进行维护和保养
7) Help to improve and maintain the management system of lab, Eg: improve the management of Chemical and PPE in the lab
        改善和维护实验室的的管理
8) Responsible for ESH issues of the lab
        负责实验室环境、健康、安全事宜
9) Other works assigned by the line manager
        其他上级经理安排的任务
Requirements：
1) Bachelor degree or above, Master degree is preferred, majoring in Chemical Engineering, EHS, or related;
        本科或以上学历，硕士学历有限考虑；化学工程相关专业；
2) Familiar with office and lab software, such as Word and Excel;
        熟悉office和实验室软件的应用；
3) Good command of reading and writing in English
         良好的英语读写能力
4) Working experience in chemical manufacturing plant is preferred;
         有化工制造业或工厂经验优先考虑
