Responsibilities:

1.Performs general HR duties (full funtion including Recruitment, C&B, Training, Employee Relationship, etc.)
2.Hands-on recruitment experience, familiar with Fujian manpower status
3.Handle year end performance review process and new year KPI process
4.Handle general C&B related matters, responsible for social insurance and housing fund
5.Establish good relation with HR supply, such as bank and insurance benefit.
6.Performs the ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

1.University degree in HR management major
2.4 years working experience in HR Management
3.Have good understanding on related national and local laws & regulation
4.Perform all work carefully
5.Possessing good interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills is preferred
6.Able to work under pressure, decision making and dare to take challenges
7.Pleasant appearance & hard working
8.Fluent in Mandarin and oral and written English
