Responsibilities 工作职责
Ensure proper functioning of IT/ telecommunication infrastructure (end users’ computers, telephones , fax- print-copy machine, etc) on daily basis;
确保IT及网络设备的正常运行,包括用户电脑，邮件,服务器, 电话，打印传真机等；
Conduct proper maintenance (update and back-up) of end users’ data regularly;
对服务器的数进行日常维护,更新及备份；
Advise users on proper use of IT/telecommunication equipment and network resources and provide training and guidance to users as necessary;
为使用者提供关于正确使用IT电信设备与网络资源的建议, 指导及培训；、
Provide assistant to IT project
提供IT项目实施协助；
Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
履行直线经理分配的其他任务。
Requirements 要求
Bachelor degree, IT，information management or network related majors;
本科学历，信息技术，信息管理或网络类相关经验；
1 years’ experience in IT field; preferred with experience in MNC
1年IT工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先；
Familiar with in IT/Telecommunication tools and applications，database, IT security, windows servers and etc.;
熟悉服务器各项相关应用，网络设备，数据库，IT安全及备份，IT网络环境搭建；
Good command of written English;
良好的英语书面沟通能力；
Pleasant personality and a great team player;
乐观开朗，擅于团队合作；
Strong initiative & follow-through;
具有较强的主动性及跟进能力；
Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills;
