Responsible for EHS management for Shanghai and Jiading office;

Provide professional EHS support to other sites in East Asia Region

Monitor and interpret governmental regulations and codes to ensure site compliance with local EHS requirements.
收集和解释政府相关EHS法规、规定并确保公司运营符合当地EHS要求
Maintain EHS Management System, and coordinate all the functions to keep the system continually improving.
维护EHS管理体系，与各部门协调维持体系持续改进
Plan and implement internal EHS system audit to ensure the operation compliance with the company and government legal requirements.
计划并执行EHS内部审核确保运作与公司和法律要求相符合
Assist in implementation of EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance
协助执行EHS程序和项目要求以满足符合性
Assist consultants and contractors on related EHS issues
协助顾问公司和承包商相关EHS问题
To develop and facilitate site specific EHS related trainings, such as new employee orientation training, monthly safety training, visitors training
制定并执行相关EHS培训课程，例如新员工入职培训，月度安全培训及访客安全介绍
Work with government or relevant agencies to conduct monitoring and measurement as per legal or corporate requirements.
根据法律或总部要求与政府部门或相关机构合作进行日常监测
Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure.
负责事故报告，调查及纠正措施并跟踪纠正及预防措施确保有效关闭
Lead the EHS risk identification and assessment
主导EHS风险识别及评估
Prepare and arrange occupational health medical check
安排职业健康体检
To perform EHS reviews including fire prevention for equipment design, layout, equipment installation and any other project requiring EHS involvement
对新设备设计、布局、设备安装以及其他需要的新项目进行EHS包括消防审核
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification 任职资格
Bachelor or above大学本科以上
At least three-year experience, experience to set up Health (OHSA) and safety experience;
3年以上的相关工作经验；有健康或安全体系建立经验优先
Experience with laboratory EHS management （especially in electrical & electricity field）preferred;
有负责过实验室的EHS管理（特别是电气领域）优先考虑
CET 4 or Good command for English both in spoken and written
英语4级以上或英语书写及口语能力佳
Good skill of office tools.
熟练使用办公室软件。
Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.

Good organizational and communication skills, leadership capabilities.
