职位描述：

工作职责：

1. Lead the Market audit team to perform store audit and warehouse review on the compliance of Company policy and procedure

2. Report major findings and provide practical recommendations on weakness identified to management

3. Well understand company policies and procedures and ensure functional compliance at Regional and Market Office levels.

4. Communicate with process owners to gain agreement in relation to the risks and recommendations for addressing the risks.

5. Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions and give timely input by way of advice and training where poorly operated/implemented controls highlight a major risk to the business.

6. Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required.

7. Support Regional & National functional audit projects.

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree with major in Finance or related.

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, risk management or retail operations, retails business experience is preferred.

3.Sensitive in risks and be able to identify risks in various business processes.

4.Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, investigative and analytical mind with professional integrity.

5.Strong leadership and be able to work independently to deal with all levels of management and good problems solver.

6.Fluent spoken and written English.
