Responsibilities
Month end closing: Close financial books by preparing and reviewing journal entries as required, preparing monthly/quarterly and annual financial packages and income tax provision package and other required reporting’s investigating and explaining trend variances of accounts.
Update COA mapping if new accounts created or changed.
Prepare IFRS adjustments and reconciliation.
Prepare BS and P&L analysis, HFM review and Briefing Book comments.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance of internal control policies.
Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, investigate differences if any, and take actions accordingly.
Work closely with other corporate function teams to support daily accounting operation and assist in providing accounting data for analysis and project accounting jobs.
Support Accounting manager in annual audit and other audit and authoritie's investigation, prepare different reports to internal and external audit.
Support tax team to provide documents of tax issues.
Ad hoc assignments by accounting managers.
Qualifications:
Be familiar with GL in an automobile company; SAP experience is a plus.
Good at excel skills control area.
Bachelor degrees or above.
At least 2 years' GL working experiences; SSC working experience is a plus.
Good team player with proactive attitude.
Can work under pressure and flexible work schedule.
Quick learner with good communication skills.
