Job Purpose 工作目标
Responsible for the TPM work, spare parts standardization, reduce spare parts inventory, reduce the maintenance cost. Preventive maintenance personnel training, JDE system rung and improvement. Solve the plant problem(can and end) improve the plant performance by lean production skill.
负责TPM（全面生产维护）工作，备件标准化，减少备件库存，降低维修费用。预防性维修人员培训,JDE 系统运作与提高。解决工厂问题（罐和盖），依靠生产技能提高工厂生产效益。
Key Responsibilities 职责范围
1. Responsible for assistant to all plants preventive maintenance work standardize and audit.
负责协助所有工厂的预防性维修标准化和审核工作。
2. Check and follow up all plants preventive maintenance work.
检查和跟进所有工厂预防性维修工作。
3. Responsible for assistant set up PM work of new factory and new line.
负责协助建立新工厂和新生产线的PM系统工作。
4. Responsible for plants spare parts standardization, sharing of spare parts among all plants, reduce the inventory. Set up spare parts center.
负责工厂备件标准化，所有工厂备件共享工作，降低库存，建立备件管理中心。
5. To keep PM work constantly improve, improve the production efficiency, reduce spoilage.
不断提高PM工作，提高生产效率，降低废品率。
6. Update spare parts to ensure equipment reliability and reduce the cost of spare parts.
更新备件，确保设备可靠运行以及降低备件费用。
7. Responsible for maintenance cost analysis and improvement.
负责维修费用的分析和改善。
8. Responsible assistant for production equipment problem solving, and issue related SOP.
负责协助解决生产设备问题，编写相关SOP（标准操作规程）。
9. Responsible for PM training work and PM JDE system run and improvement.
负责PM培训工作 。和JDE系统运作与提高。
10. In charge of PLM works for PM system and spare parts.
负责PM 系统和备件的PLM工作。
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Fluent English
英语流利
Experience for TPM， Great excel skill
有TPM相关工作经验.及好的Excel 运用能力
About 30% of time are required to travel.
约有30%时间需要出差。
