RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Monitor daily AR collection and advanced payment, AR reconciliation with customers.
2. Periodical AR status review with CSR team and sales team. Provide suggestions on credit related issues. Cooperate with market segment to speed up the cash collection and reduce credit risks.
3. Prepare accuracy AR analysis report timely
4. Optimize the Credit control SOP and procedure to reinforce risk control and increase the cash flow
5. Evaluate bad debts provision based on systematic AR data analysis
6. Work with collection agency and lawyer on risky accounts, if any
7. Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
2. At least 3 year experience as Credit control in multinational company, TIC industrial is preferred.
3. .Strong sense of responsibility, team-spirited and good communication and coordination skill
4. SAP or Citrix knowledge in accounting and finance module is preferred
5 .Good English skill both in written and speaking
