1.Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

分享
协助上级管理各分销商，不断调整优化各分销商销售及促销方案策略，保证线上分销有序进行；
负责策划分销活动，促成分销店铺销量；
开发所辖区域网络经销、代销客户，制定分销商策略；
协助各分销商店铺运营，提供相关运营建议及活动策划，根据不同分销渠道特性，策划执行相对应分销活动；
2.Job Requirement/工作要求:
本科以上学历，2年以上工作经验，有电商分销商管理经验优先；
具备市场营销、开拓及管理能力，熟悉淘宝消费群体的消费习性；
熟悉淘宝等平台推广和促销活动的规则、操作、效果评估；
有责任心，优秀的谈判技巧，良好的人际关系处理能力，有团队精神，能承受一定压力；

有B2C电商平台、淘宝等网店分销经验优先。
