Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Prepare accounting records, perform 3-way-match, verify supporting documents regarding prices/quantities/ coding and approval information, follow up to resolve problem invoices; and post journal entries in accounting system.
Prepare cost center expenses report on a monthly basis; participate in month-end closing, monthly forecast and annual budget on overhead and expenses
Coordinate with shared service center in Shanghai in all payable/payment related issues.
Prepare and update vendor master data, assist in ERP system implementation

REQUIREMENTS:


Industry experiences: 3-year Manufacturing environment in multinational companies.


Position experiences: 3-5 year account payable experiences, working in a shared service center is a pluc


Language Skills:Good English and Mandarin skills


Computer Skills: Excellent Excel skill. A/P process in an ERP environment.


Mobility: Based in Jiaxing


Certificate Required: University degree in accounting


Other Special requirement: Able to multi-task and work under a tight timeframe,
