Key Responsibilities:
In charge of the following in his field:
- Acquire field information on usage conditions and on the performance of products and associated services in order to identify basic risks and to manage the offer.
- Provide technical support to sales teams, clients and purchasing advisors in agreement with our product offer.
Key activities:
- He measures and tracks, according to standard practices, some usage parameters in both operation & maintenance conditions. He is able to distinguish abnormal usage, and will alert his manager if he detects some. He populates the required databases (BibForce) and he writes report on his measurements for his hierarchical manager.
- He recommends standard equipment, with proper work methods and best practices, to guarantee the quality of the implementation of our products and limit risks.
- According to standard practices, he tracks the performances of our offer and that of our competitors, to note their strengths and limitations.
- He reports on the technical expectations of users and distribution. He reports on Customer dissatisfaction by preparing a cause diagnostic, and follows the manager’s instructions to offer an adapted response. He identifies with CT codes the main types of damages in order to recommend 1st level solutions. He makes the follow-up of pre-defined CTs in the field. He will validate his field reports with (K)AM before diffusion.
- He implements actions required by the manager to bring a risk that has arisen to an acceptable level.
- He contributes to the continuous training of the sales force in his perimeter, under his manager guidance, and he defends his product in a customer environment.
- He implements in his perimeter the placement of mass production or test tires, gathers facts / user observations and measures data on survey tires, with associated usage conditions. He proposes for technical validation some fleets to survey according to different usage conditions. From the facts gathered, he writes reports on survey tires to his functional manager.
- In case of disputes, he supports the collection of facts, following standard methods and in agreement with his manager / technical correspondent. He gives his inputs to his technical correspondent who will be responsible for the creation of the litigation report.
- He manage onsite service team of service provider , coaching the team and validate quality of their job.
Key Qualities Required
? Engineer mechanical background, mining engineering background is preferred.
? Technical oriented, like problem solving.
? Excellent English.
? Excellent computer skills, MS office, especially Excel.
? Excellent data analytical and problem solving ability
? Good organizational skills
? Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
? Good driving skill.
? Detail oriented, flexible, adaptable, optimistic, dynamic self-starter with great organization skills and high sense of ownership.
? 50% job at Sizhou, Dexing city, Jiangxi Province, Preferred base in local or nearby.

Qualifications
? Engineering machine/vehicle related experience is prefered.
? Banchelor Degree or above
