职位描述：
GENERAL FUNCTION
This Position is to assist the WWW Brands for Advanced Concepts & Product Development by developing, innovating and/ or improving material and manufacturing process according to designer’s and manufacturing needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests.
2. Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties.
3. Develop, improve, and customize products, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
4. Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency.
5. Confer with PD teams to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.
6. Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or higher
2. At least 8 years’ experience in Chemist Industrial, Shoe Business preferred.
3. Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.
4. Must be able to work in an extremely creative, fast paced and team environment. Passionate and self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile to complete the task.
