职位描述：
主要职责：
-Operate and maintain the waste water treatment plant in order to ensure the discharge to meet national and local environmental laws and regulations.
   WWTP污水处理站的运行和维护，确保废水排放满足国家和当地的环保法规。
-Supervise and monitor the discharging status of pollutant load. Maintain the waste water discharging pipeline system.
   监督和检查公司污染负荷的排放情况，维护排水管网系统。
-Be responsible for the daily waste water characters test and cooperate with the government to monitor the environment behavior.
   负责日常废水水质分析，配合相关政府部门检查公司环保行为。
-Organize, supervise and promote these tasks on reducing noise, saving energy and reducing pollution discharge.
   组织、监督和推动降噪、节能、减排工作。
-As the coordinator of the environment and energy government, identify and carry out relevant applicable environmental regulations and hand in all various reports.
   作为政府环保和能源管理部门的接口，识别与执行适用的环保法规和各种报表的上报。
-Be responsible for the management of ISO14001 environmental system.
   负责ISO14001环境管理体系的运行；
-Supervise waste solid management and the implementation of regular environmental monitoring works to ensure the full compliance of national, local environmental laws and regulations.
   负责监督固体废弃物处置管理、环保定期监测工作的实施，以确保环境各项排放满足国家、地方环保法规、标准要求。
-Prepare environmental budgets, reports and forecasts according to organizational requirements, recommend approval and ensure compliance.
   按照公司要求和规定，制定环保年度预算、报告和预测，以确保符合性。
-Other works assigned by managers.
   其它上级指定的工作任务.

任职要求：
-Good knowledge in waste water treatment.
   丰富的污水处理知识。
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
   良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
-Familiar with local relevant legal requirements and ISO system.
   熟悉当地的法律法规和ISO标准。
-3+ years working experience of environment management in multinational manufacturing companies.
   三年以上在跨国公司从事环境管理的工作经验。
-Familiar with anaerobic technology, such as UASB and IC.
   熟悉厌氧技术，如UASB和IC。
-Bachelor degree majoring in environmental engineering, chemical or biological.
