职位描述：
1.Overall manage 4 production departments (Injection, Barreling, Painting and Assembly) of injection plant;
2.Lead whole team to improve workshop EHS and 5S standards, make sure all production activities are full compliance
3.Work with other related department to deliver superior quality with high service level and competitive cost;
4.Develop production strategies based on injection plant level strategy, lead and drive whole team to deploy strategies to realize targets

任职资格

1.Bachelor degree above , major in Mechanic Engineering preferable
2.At least 5 years production manager in multinational company background,
3.Good leadership, good communication skill both in Chinese and English, Strong capability on people management and development
4.Strong capability on process reliability improvement and standardization deployment
5.Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
6.Demonstrate solid capability on project management
7.Strong capability on OEE improvement, experience on AM/PM and SMED implementation
8.A good team player and passion for success, result orientation and strive for excellence
