职位描述

工作范围/WORKING SCOPE:
财务部门工作计划、运作流程。
Planning and operating the Finance Department.
岗位功能/POST FUNCTION:
指导财务部门工作,确保正常运作,满足公司发展需要
Guide the financial staff’s work to ensure normal operation and fit the company’s requirements.

一.岗位职责/POST RESPONSIBILITIES:
全面负责公司财务管理事宜:
Fully responsible for the company financial management issues:
1. 负责公司预算管理(预算制订、监控、分析、改善);
Responsible for company budget (set up, control, analysis, improvement).
2. 负责公司全面经济核算,对各利润中心、成本中心的收入、成本、费用进行监控、分析与改善;
Responsible for overall accounting i.e. monitoring, analyzing and improving revenues, costs and expenses of each profit center and cost center.
3. 制订、完善与经济核算相关的核算体系、业务流程与各类规章制度;
Formulate and improve relevant accounting and economic accounting systems, operation processes and various rules and regulations.

二.全面监控公司的经营风险、财务风险、运作风险
Completely monitor the company's business risk, financial risk and operation risk.
1. 设立风险监控体系;
Set up risk control system
2. 对风险监控体系进行执行、管理、维护与改善
Implement, manage, maintain and improve risk control system.

三.全面负责财务部的日常管理:
Overall responsible for daily management of Finance dept.
1. 建立与维护部门组织结构;
Establish and maintain departmental organization.
2. 制订各岗位职责、操作流程与规范;
Set up all the job descriptions, operating procedures and norms.
3. 对各岗员工进行培训与考核;
Train and assess the staff in Finance dept.

岗位要求/POST REQUIREMENT:
1. 经济类专业本科以上,从事财务管理工作八年以上经历;
Bachelor degree or above in Economics majors, more than eight years working experience in financial management.
2. 财会专业英语读写流利,听、说能力较好;
Good at Financial English reading, writing, listening and speaking
3. 五年以上大、中型制造业全面财务管理的经历;
More than five years financial management experience in large or medium-sized manufacturing companies.
4. 较全面的财务管理知识,具备注册会计师资格者优先;
More comprehensive knowledge of financial management, CPA prefer
5. 良好的组织协调、人际沟通能力与团队和风险控制意识;
Good organization, coordination, and communication skills, good team work spirit and risk control consciousness.
6. 工作主动、独立,有持续改进的意识。
Initiative, independent, sense of continuous improvement.
