Job description:

Main responsibility

- Responsible for the physical performance test of nonmetal materials such as plastic, rubber, finish the test and record test data in time and issue the test result

负责塑料、橡胶等非金属材料的物理性能试验，完成试验并及时记录试验数据，出具试验结果

- Responsible for the relevant test equipment calibration and maintenance

负责相关测试设备的校准和维护

- Responsible for completing relevant laboratory comparison test, and ultimately achieve satisfied effect

负责完成相关实验室对比试验，最终达到满意效果

- Responsible for developing new testing technology and methods

负责开发新的测试技术和方法

- Writing and revised the relevant SOP and measurement uncertainty evaluation

编写并修改相关SOP及测量不确定度评估

- Participate in the material testing lab overall team building, and constantly improve the service level

参与材料检测实验室整体团队建设，不断提高服务水平

- Assist and support other technical personnel, sales personnel

协助和支持其他技术人员、销售人员

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor or above degree, majored in polymer material engineering, familiar with engineering of plastic/rubber/elastomer etc.

本科以上学历，高分子材料工程专业，熟悉塑料/橡胶/弹性体等工程。

- Be familiar with the process of mechanical laboratory related work, such as tensile/bending /impact/ thermal deformation/MFR/aging/ hardness / salt spray experiment;

熟悉机械实验室相关工作流程，如拉伸/弯曲/冲击/热变形/MFR/时效/硬度实验

- Experience in auto parts, car interior materials and other auto related testing is preferred;

有汽车零部件、汽车内饰材料及其它汽车相关测试经验者优先

- Able to independently English technical data reading and writing;

能够独立进行英语技术资料的读写;

- Familiar with ISO17025 management system is preferred.

熟悉ISO17025管理系统者优先。

- Willing to work under pressure and suitable to work overtime.
