职位描述：
制订PM部门的年度目标、计划和实施措施，并负责各项计划性维修和纠正性维修措施的落实到位；不断优化改进维修流程和标准操作，确保生产设备安全有效运行，保证生产线正常运作。
Set up annual targets and work plans for PM department and take in charge of the implementation of all preventive maintenance, continuously optimize and improve the maintenance procedures and standard operation to ensure the production equipment operation safely and effectively and the production lines run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 制订维修保养计划和工作指引，监控生产设备运行及定期维护保养，确保设备安全有效运行；
Set up the maintenance plan and work instruction, monitor the production equipment operation safely and effectively and maintenance regularly;
2. 与其它部门（如生产、PIE、PMC、QC…）沟通并合作保证生产线正常运作；
Communicate and cooperate with other departments (Production, PIE, PMC, QC…) to make sure the production lines run smoothly;
3. 组织应对生产设备故障的应急维修, 减少停拉工时。
Execute the breakdown maintenance and reduce line downtime.
4. 对设备故障进行分析，提议预防和改善措施并跟进具体实施；
Analyze the failure of equipment, propose preventative and improvement measures and follow up the implementation;
5. 不断优化改进设备不良之处，改良夹具和工位合并，改善人员调配方法，减少停机率和缩减生产转型时间；
Continuously improve the defective parts of the equipment, improve the fixture and work allocation, reduce the downtime and production transition time.
6. 组织针对维修技术员、生产技术工人的各种培训。
Organize training to PM technicians and production technical workers.

Person Specifications:

1. 大专或以上学历 ，电子电气工程、机电工程或自动控制相关专业；
College or above majored in Electronic and Electrical Engineering、Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Automation;
2. 10年以上设备维护相关工作经验（其中5年以上设备维护团队管理经验），熟悉掌握TPM系统。
10 years or above maintenance related working experience and 5 years or above in managerial position, Familiar with TPM knowledge and execution.
3. 有大型制造业自动化流水线及自动化设备的维修保养经验者优先；
Good preventive maintenance experience of automated assembly line and automation in big manufacturing factory is an advantage;
4. 熟练掌握电气控制原理、机械结构原理；
 Familiar with the electrical and mechanical knowledge ；
5. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
Good communication and interpersonal skills；
6. 主动，能积极果断地克服困难去实现既定目标；
Take initiative, drive for desired outcomes and success and overcome difficulties
7. 良好的创新和变革能力；
Good ability of driving innovation and change；
8. 良好的书面英文能力；
Good command of written English
