Primary Job Function

- Responsible for channel inventory management and reporting
- Responsible for product traceability by using the appropriate technique in the market

Core Job Responsibilities
List the primary tasks and/or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.
- Data validation and stock taking accuracy analysis. To familiar with the application of 2D Barcode system, such as master data maintenance, data/report uploading and downloading.
- Interaction with the 3rd supplier and the vigilance group with regard to potential reportable events, implementation events and field actions. Responsible for reporting tracking and audit.
- Implementation of 2D Barcode scanning for inventory track and trace.
- Improve the channel inventory visibility and accuracy.
- Accomplish payment and account tracking.

Minimum Education
Indicate the minimum education level to perform this job.
- Bachelor degree or above.

Minimum Experience/Training Required
Indicate the minimum experience and/or training required to perform this job.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in logistics and inventory management, 3 years experiences in management position will be preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of FMCG management.
- Strong data analysis and project management with inventory management, effective inter-personnel communication skill.
