Position Description:
1）Subsystem Quality Engineer of Mobile HDD for ThinkPad Edge, IdeaPad or other notebook brands
2）Communication interface to suppliers and Lenovo internal cross functional teams for all quality issues related to HDD
3）Perform audit of supplier's HDD manufacturing process and ODM system manufacturing process, set action plans and approve them for smooth product launch
4）Lead suppliers for continuous quality improvement by monthly review
5）Monitor the quality performance of Lenovo/ODM production and shipped products in field, timely alert abnormal quality, implement Quality Hold actions and make corrective actions immediately
6）Manage suppliers to resolve quality issues, review/approve fix plan and timely resume production with applying fix

Position Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree or higher
2) Business Language: Engligh and Chinese
3) Take clear knowledge of quality management process.
4)Take basic knowledge and engineering skills of HDD technology including mechanical/electrical/controller/firmware design.
5) Knowlede and experience of Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred
6)Need at least 2 years of quality engineer's experience. It is preferable to have working experience on PC and HDD area.
