Responsibilities
1.Prepare payroll with accuracy and timeliness, including collecting payroll information, calculating sales and non sales bonus, handle social insurance and housing fund, IIT filling and payroll documentation;
2.Prepare monthly C&B summary reports for Finance and other department;
3.Perform regular and irregular C&B analysis;
4.Participate market survey and submit required data under the direction of manager;
5.Participate C&B program and provide required information and basic analysis by manager;
6.Manage HR agencies;
7.Provide C&B consultant service to employees.

8.Admin. management.

9.Other tasks assign by HRM.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree and above, preferably major in HR Management
Minimum 3 years of C&B related experience
High integrity and sense of confidentiality
Strong communication skills in Chinese & English
Familiar with China Labor Law and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel
Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently, as well as within teams
