职位描述：
I. JOB SUMMARY职位概述
Be responsible for Supplier quality and IQC management; improve incoming material quality and inspection capability to reduce raw
material failure cost.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职责
1、全面负责公司供应商来料质量管理；完善公司供应商质量管理体系；
2、依年度稽核计划，主导供应商现场QSA/QPA/HSF稽核和品质辅导；
3、供应商质量管理的日常维护、供应商紧急或突发事件的处理；
4、公司内、外的有害物质&MSDS的数据库的建立与维护；
5、发起并跟踪供应商来料的失效分析，措施有效性确认，效果验证来实施闭环管理；
6、依公司程序负责对第二供应商样品和外包新模具样品承认；
7、管理来料检验团队，跟踪物料检验进度；
8、部门人员培训、考核及优化；
9、编写SQE管理报告、周报和月报向上级经理汇报。

IV. EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS教育、技能、工作经验等资质
1. 电子或机械工程专业，本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
2. 英语听，说，读，写 流利
Fluency English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. 精通Excel 和 PPT软件
Proficiency in Excel and PPT;
4. 5年以上供应商管理经验，多类物料认知和经验，像注塑、压铸、CNC、氧化、PCB板等。
5 + years of experience in the Supplier Quality Engineer field over most material, like injection molding,
die casting, CNC, anodizing, PCB parts etc;
5. 精通ISO9001/ISO14001,ISO16949,QC080000等管理体系，精通IPC-A-610 和ESD20.20
Proficiency in ISO9001/ISO14001,ISO16949, QC080000 etc; Proficiency in IPC-A-610 and ESD20.20;
6. 熟练掌握APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,PPAP,8D QC 7大手法等，具有六西玛绿带优先
Good command of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D,6sigma GB is a plus;
7. 对SQE内部工作熟悉，有丰富的供应商管理辅导经验，充分掌握供应商管理能力，出色的统筹能力
      Familiar with SQE department management, knowing how to support and control supplier quality.
