职位综述：
负责协助销售团队开展日常工作。

岗位职责：
-. 协助销售业务人员进行文件工作的处理及专业支持；
-. 负责管理部门文件、资料、工作流程及会议纪要等；
-. 负责本部门与公司其他部门之间的信息沟通与传达，与销售、工程师及客户及时沟通；
-. 回复客户的询问及报价单的准备；
-. 跟进销售进程并做好信息的录入；
-. 配合业务做周报月报等；
-. 及时处理邮件。


任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，专业不限，有业务助理经验优先考虑，亦可接受应届生；
2.良好的理解能力和沟通表达能力，善于交流；
3.能够不断自我激励和提升，有较强的团队协作精神；
4.能够高效独立地完成工作，执行力好；
5. 目标导向， 有自信心,，品行诚信，心理素质较好，能够面对压力适应挑战；
6.熟练的办公室软件操作技能，如WORD、EXCEL、PPT等；
7.具有快速学习的能力和细心的态度。
