服务描述/ Brief description of service:
o Reserve meeting room and book stakeholder’s outlook calendar
o Create and follow up enrollment links and survey results
o Draft event poster/invitation
o Arrange in-house meals and coffee breaks
o Assist with other communications tasks as requested
o Manage team expense reimbursement

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
o Bachelor degree or above，Minimum one year of experience in admin team
o Fluent at written and oral English
o Strong organizational and administrative skills
o Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
o Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and solution-focused thinking
o Ability to work and deliver independently
o Ability to study, understand and present
o Good team player and multi-tasker
o Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels in time zones 举报 分享
