职位描述：
1. Lead the annual People Package budgeting process, oversee headcount and labor cost and improve corporate process to ensure compliance and find initiatives;
2. Responsible for monthly People Package actual performance report and work with HRBP/ functional heads to analyze the variance;
3. Take ownership of China People & Performance monthly KPI reporting and route cause analysis, provide initiatives and insights on improvement plan;
4. Actively work with HRBP & other departments, monitor and optimize process on cost control, support business to hire best talent;
5. Other ad-hoc tasks and projects on People Compensation and Benefits eg Marketing survey, sales incentive project and job slotting project etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with strong motivation and high potential in People & Performance.
2. Good communication, strong analytical skills, & problem solving skills.
3. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
4. Familiar with the labor law and relevant regulation, possess strong ability of data processing.
5. Solid experience in payroll and budgeting is a plus.
