Role Summary/Purpose

GE Measurement&Control Solutions’ Measurement Solution Team is looking for a Sales Engineer for the Pressure Sensor & Calibration instrument Product Line, with proven sales skills and technical filtration background, to grow existing accounts and explore new business opportunities in developing and executing the strategy for aerospace segments in East of China.

Essential Responsibilities

· Achieve and exceed orders and sales target. · Manage existing client base, while identifying and developing new business opportunities for aerospace applications of pressure product. · Maintain and grow the sales pipeline, establishing long-term customer relationships, direction and action plans for sales growth. · Working closely with AE to meet customer’CTQ by CPO tools. · Developing business partner relationships and distributor channel in sales territory. · Teamwork with regional sales and other functions. Closely working with other segments being a team to achieve cross-selling and synergy. · To be able to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision and be passion, results oriented. · Resourceful- Effectively utilize company resources to achieve assigned target. · Identifies competitive and technology trends and feedback summarized information to sales manager, product manager and marketing team.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation & Control, Mechanical Engineering or related specialty. · Minimum of 3 years sales experience in industry related with aerospace or automation. · Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
