Responsibilities and Duties:

? Administrate printing of name cards and company stationery and update the standard forms (e.g. letter sheet, fax sheet) based on the corporate identity requirements;

? Ensure sufficient and timely supply of furniture and office material, and maintain proper records;

? Arrange transportation, accommodation, pick-up, meals, traveling permits for business trips;

? Assist in any special assignments/projects as required;

? Undertake any other duties assigned by Human Resources & Administration Manager.

Entry Requirements:

? Honest and reliable;

? Pleasant personality and a great team player;

? Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;

? Strong initiative & follow-through;

? Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills;

? Skillful in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;

? Good command of Mandarin and English (Other languages are added advantage);

? One year or above related experience is preferred;
