职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new opportunities, business and projects.
2. To liaise with customers on potential new projects on mold, machine and design.
3. To provide machine and cycle time estimation for project quotation to BD group.
4. To liaise with mold designers and mold making sub-con on mold concept and design.
5. Responsible for the new mold testing and molding process validation.
6. Coordinate the qualification of first article samples to new mold buy-off.
7. Setting technical improvement objectives to existing products thru mold design.
8. To provide technical and engineering guidance and solution to production issues.
9. Identify and develop new alternate material for better material cost saving.
10. Lead and initiate productivity, yield improvement thru (Mold Improvement Team).
11. Train and motivate a team of Process Engineers to perform their duties and responsibilities.

Person Specifications
1. College+ degree in mechanical engineering
2. At least 10 years experienced in plastics molding and mold making in which at least 3 years experienced in manufacturing engineering.
3. Well-developed managerial and communication skills
4. Fluent writing and spoken in English.
5. Cad skill level: Basic 3D.

1. Set manufacturing plan/direction for new project.
2. Inspire team member for achieving project goal.
3. Streamline communication among project team member.
4. Demonstrated capability of sound judgment and decision-making.
5. Result /Objective orientated.
