Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for the overall purchasing function and deliverables for all
tooling needs across all business units.
? Develop and manage tooling database.
? Develop and manage a supply base that meets key performance metrics.
? Identify cost reduction opportunities.

Person Specifications
? 5-10 years experience in Sourcing preferably in Plastic Injection tooling.
? BS graduate preferably in Engineering or Tooling.
? Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
? Written and spoken fluency in the English language is required.
? High ethical standards.
? Result oriented and knows how to manage a team.
? Demonstrated ability to understand and highlight financial influencers in
Supply Management to include identification of currency inflation rates,
currency devaluation, value add tax rules and application, economic and
political influences, productivity and total cost drivers and provide
recommended business actions
