【工作职责】：
1、负责区域内销量目标及市场占有率指标的达成；
2、了解竞品信息，制定区域内的销售发展计划及促销计划，指导下属实施客户发展，并提升品牌影响力；
3、与经销商及重要网点建立良好合作关系，为客户提供良好服务；
4、负责区域内市场反馈、货款回收等工作；
5、管理销售团队，对下属进行评估考核、培训发展、指导监督；
6、完成上级交办的其他工作。

【岗位要求】：
1、大专及以上学历，掌握Office办公软件；
2、五年以上酒类行业销售管理经验，熟悉当地区域市场尤佳；
3、较强的沟通协调能力、解决问题能力及团队管理能力；
4、责任心强，有冲劲，较强抗压能力，勇于挑战；
