职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible to lead a team of Cell SQE to execute and monitor quality performance of cells, at incoming and with the supplier/sub-tier from their incoming/in-process/final/test requirement
? Provide guidance/support on timely containment activities and failure analysis along with corrective action with supplier to identify and resolve the root cause of the problem
? Ensure on-time implementation of corrective actions and verification of preventative action effectiveness
? Supervise the team on performing process & BOM audits, and implementation of supplier development plans
? Establish and/or maintain a system of metrics to continually monitor measurable supplier and quality performance
? Lead the team to perform continuous improvement activities to improve the suppliers’ overall predictive quality
? Demonstrated ability to develop supplier risk review tool and drive actionable initiative's to reduce escapes at suppliers
? Occasional oversea visits to cell suppliers are expected





Qualifications
? College or above education in Engineering stream, preferably major in Chemical/Mechanical/Material Engineering
? 8+ years of battery cell industry related work experience with good knowledge on supplier quality management
? Leadership ability, with strength of character to challenge existing norms both internally & externally as appropriate
? Experience in PPAP, FMEAs, Gauge R&Rs, MSA's, and Process Control Plans
? Ability to interpret industry specific standards and knowledge of change control methods and processes
? Proactive mind-set with independent thinking
? 6-Sigma Green-Belt or higher is a plus
? Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
? Fluent level in written and spoken English
? Ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
