Responsibilities 工作职责
Oversee and manage road testing service projects to ensure effective and efficient completion within planned budget and deadline with high quality;
全面管理和监督路试服务项目，确保项目在预定时间、预算内高质量的执行和完成；
Ensure all QC standards of the project are met;
确保项目符合各项质量要求；
Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and make detailed project planning;
为内部相关方提供专业建议，并制定详细的项目计划；
Conduct appropriate communication between project team, client and all other project stakeholders;
与项目相关方保持有效沟通，包括项目组成员，客户方等；
？ Develop and manage the project team, including providing training to them, follow up training, performance management of team members, etc.;
发展和管理项目团队，如对项目成员进行培训，跟进培训进展，团队成员绩效管理等；
？ Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by line manager.
直线经理安排的其它任务和工作。
Requirements 任职资格
Bachelor and above degree;
本科及以上学历；
At least 5 years’ engineer experience with related technical background, preferably with working experience in road testing service;
至少5年工程师工作经验，具有路试服务相关项目经验者优先。
Good command of both Oral and written English, Germany would be a plus;
熟练的英语口语和书面沟通能力，同时具备德语沟通能力者优先；
Ability to persuade and influence others;
具备良好的说服力和影响力；
Ability to develop and deliver presentations;
具备商务推介的能力；
Ability to develop and edits written materials;
具备撰写各种书面材料的能力；
Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
愿意接受挑战，能够在压力下工作。
