Job Responsibilities:
？ ? General accounts receivable functions including customer invoices, receipt payments, deposits, follow up on delayed or non-payments
? General accounts payable functions for all Tmall related expenses
? Bank and Account Reconciliations on daily/monthly basis as necessary
? Assist in month-end reporting procedures
? Perform general bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
? Liaise with Tmall Third Party Agency if needed
? Simple ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks

Requirement:
? 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably as an AR/AP Clerk before
? Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting standards
? Hands-on with Excel spreadsheet and financial reports and Kingdee (金蝶)
? Attention to details, high accuracy, well-organized
? Education: Associates’ Degree in Accounting or equivalent certification. University graduates with accounting major or China CPA is a plus 举报 分享
