Responsibilities职责
? Develop and maintain relationship of local OEMs, big T1 suppliers. Pursue sales leads from different departments
开发、维护本地主机厂、一级供应商的关系,在客户内的不同部门寻找销售机会
? Determine client strategy and business approach;
确定客户发展策略及业务方案;
? Realization of account plans for key accounts;
执行重点客户的发展计划;
? Monitor coordination of orders received and subsequent handovers by SR.
监督销售代表的订单跟进和协调情况。
? Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;
负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
? Support Sales Manager in providing training and to sales and sales support staff;
协助销售经理培训销售代表及其他相关员工;
Requirements 要求
? At least four years of strong track record in direct sales and account management preferably with exposure to related Industry or equivalent;
具有至少4年优秀业绩的销售和客户管理经验,优先考虑相关经验者;
? Existing network of relationships within product testing certification and/or automotive is a definite advantage;
在产品检测和汽车领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
? University Degree holder.
大学本科毕业
? Adequate knowledge of Quality’s business principles and sales methodologies;
熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法;
? Strong relational and sales skills;
具有优秀的销售技巧;
? Good in Mandarin and English, .
良好的普通话及英语表达能力。
? Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
