Job Objective

Preparation of and providing support for the implementation of projects, integrating all the multi-local resources required to meet customer requirements in agreement with the superior.

Job Profile

1. BS, Graduate in Industrial Engineering, MBA is preferred.

2. Many working experience in project management, Employee management & Business management.

3. Fluent in English or German.

4. At least 5 years project manager working experience in automotive industry or with a good consulting background in famous multinational consulting company.

5. Strong skill in Communication / Moderation

Tasks / Area of Responsibility

1. Agreement and definition of requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions in agreement with the superior

2. Agreement of targets concerning quality, costs and timing with the superior, taking existing procedures and methods into account, in agreement with the positions responsible or superior

3. Planning internal and external capacities, defining work packages and planning schedules on the basis of documented basic procedures

4. Coordinating and monitoring tasks using prescribed methods and systems, involvement of internal and external services if required, taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account

5. Recording project status taking continual processing and interpretation of internal and external information into account; monitoring the project workflow and deciding on corresponding measures, in agreement with the superior if necessary, in the case of deviations or changes to target specifications

6. Guaranteeing systematic relationships to internal and external clients and to the specialist departments / positions to be integrated

7. Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, cost and scheduling targets

8. Involvement in and/or implementing defined escalation scenarios when deviations from targets occur; illustrating existing alternative solutions in agreement with the development, sales, production and service units involved

9. Involvement in decisions within the framework of the project in cooperation with the project team in agreement with the superior, making expert know-how useful within the framework of prescribed standards

10. Ensuring that defined standards are observed within the framework of the project, involving the respective specialist departments if appropriate.
