职位描述：
工作职责:
-建立并规划项目及测试计划，检查项目结果
-指导并监督试验工程师，以确保实验室的有效操作
-指导并监督试验工程师按照试验进度、标准和技术参数的要求进行试验
-进行在DEKRA实验室外的目击试验，包括试验审核
-组织项目文件
-以专业控制水平检查试验参数表、试验结果及相关文件
-分析、总结并确认试验结果
-汇报意见并解释
-准备试验报告及相关证明文件
-根据测试要求协助试验工程师的技术培训
-对纠正措施、预防措施和实验室所需的改进提供支持
-处理客户咨询和投诉
-对市场和销售人员提供技术和信息支持以发展测试服务
-处理普通订单并与客户维持良好关系，协调外来订单
-完成上级经理分配的其它工作

基本要求:
-相应大专及以上学历和资格证书
-至少五年的检测认证行业经验，具备低压变电柜、母线槽、断路器相关资深知识
-具备项目管理技能
-愿意出差
-正直和客户导向的工作态度
-希望尽快上岗
