2. 定期拜访和组织学术活动，以确保专家对产品的认可；
3. 培训销售团队关于疾病和产品的相关知识；
4. 技巧性地探寻、挖掘客户的真正需求，准确理解客户的目标和意图。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，临床医学相关专业；
2. 具有一年以上产品经理或医学经理医药行业相关工作经验（肿瘤领域）；
