Main Job Duties :
1. Be responsible for maintaining quality of shoe to meet company and customer's expectation;
2. Be responsible for ensuring team memebers carry out day-to-day procedures properly;
3. Be responsible for finding potential problem early and applying solution to the problem before production starts;
4. Be responsible for reporting any problem including component quality/delivery which will affect ship date of the shoe;


Requirements :
1. College Graduated or above;
2. At least 3 years management experience;
3. At least 5 years in Quality Control and technical knowledge in Branded Footwear;
4. Good Communication and management skills;
5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarine;
