Position Description:
- Manage and improve financial planning and analysis
process/methodology for Idea software & peripheral business,
including budgeting, forecasting and analysis etc.
- Work with cross-function teams on projects to improve business /
finance operation efficiency and accuracy - Develop financial
models and cooperate with business unit to optimize the marketing
and operation performance
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports/reviews/analyses
to BU senior management.
- Perform cost and expense analysis for business, and implement
financial analysis of R&D projects and expense management.
- Support monthly closing processes

Position Requirements:
We are seeking a demonstrated change agent with entrepreneurial
spirit and with the ability to influence people at all levels of
the organization and to make distinguishable difference. His/her
willpower to undertake challenges must be strong.
1. Strong financial analysis, critical thinking and problem solving
skills - ability to fully understand & articulate financial
data.
2. Possess strong business acumen, being able to identify business
drivers behind financial numbers, and translate business
initiatives into business cases. Working experience in information
technology, telecommunication or PC industry a plus but not
must.
3. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and
independently in conditions of ambiguity, ability to manage
multiple and changing priorities.
4. Advanced skill on Microsoft Excel is a must, experience working
with SAP and/or Hyperion highly appreciated.
5. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
6. Good communication skills, good team worker.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
