Position Description:
1. Warranty cost management
Warranty KPI setting
Warranty KPI tracking and warranty performance/opportunity/risk
analysis as supporting for decision making
Monthly review warranty performance with EM service team and
regional team
2. Support warranty cost budgeting, forecasting and monthly
closing
Propose warranty cost budget from the end of every year
Update forecast monthly and bridges the gaps among actual, forcast
and budget
Support monthly closing and raise some warranty entries
Reconcile warranty cost and warranty accrual balance as well as
ledger in SAP and BW report
3. Daily support to service team
Payment process control and support. Advise account code/cost
center/profit center/company code for the payment request
Support new contract signing, control payment terms and tax related
issues
Support adhoc request from service team
4. Improve warranty process continuously
Improve warranty accrual process
Improve monthly closing process
Improve business support
5. Support audit request

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.3-5 year working experience in finance, accounting or other
related areas
3.Good English in both overall and written
4.Good cross function communication skill
5.Good team worker
