Title : VP Marketing
Position : Senior Manager+ to General Manager level
Report to : Senior VP - Commercial
Location : Shanghai
Job responsibility :
- Lead the marketing organization for market search and analysis (2 to 3 direct report)
- Lead, verify and update the marketing plan for VSF, Rayon and Specialty Pulp
- Assist Senior VP-Commercial in all matters around commercial area including supply chain, customer service and VSF export sales, Rayon and Specialty Pulp sales
Job requirement :
1. High energy and result-oriented individual with at least 10-15 years experience in multi-national company with significant potentials
to grow as senior leader.
2. Excellent communication and inter-personal skill both in English and Chinese.
3. Process all-round commercial skill and experience which include proven sales and marketing experience with result, good analytical skill
dealing with details and numbers, and some exposure and experience in Supply Chain Area
4. Proven people management experience. Excellent team player with good leadership quality and highly coachable for improvement.
5. Proven commercial experience to manage sizable business with minimum sales revenue of USD 100 Million
6. Business Experience in the value chain of the textile industry either in Cotton, Polyester, Yarn or Fabric business or Chemical or related business is preferable
7. University Degree with technical background and MBA preferable
